Our business was founded in May 2022 by Andreas Erb. As a master craftsman and espresso lover, he quickly realized that far too many machines end up in electronic waste far too soon—even though a repair or service is often the better solution, for your wallet and for the environment. Since then, we’ve been helping you—whether you’re a private customer or a small business in and around Munich—get more years out of your machine and noticeably improve your coffee experience.
Since October 2024, you can find us on Bajuwarenstraße. There, we combine workshop service with personal advice: you can drop off and pick up your machine by appointment, and if needed, get advice directly on site. In addition to repairs, servicing, and calibration, we now also sell selected machines—along with an honest assessment of which model truly fits your habits.
Our goal is simple: we want you to be able to enjoy really great coffee again soon—without complicated processes and with a single point of contact who values honesty, transparency, and quality.
