ATTENTION: If your coffee machine is still under warranty, we unfortunately cannot accept it as an independent repair workshop.

You can simply bring your coffee machine to us by appointment.

Alternatively, you can of course send the coffee machine to us. Please use the original packaging, or—if it’s no longer available—a similarly sturdy and well-padded box so your machine arrives safely.

Important: We do not accept any liability for transport damage.
